Courtney Ringelstein is a wife, a mother, a marketing specialist and a passionate volunteer.  A San Antonio, native, she loves everything Fiesta - down to the bright colors and margaritas.  She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a degree in marketing.  She later married her husband, Cass, who turned the city girl into a country girl.  Together Cass and Courtney own and operate two oilfield companies, a monthly open consignment horse sale (Cass’ parents started in 1978) and they operate and manage The San Antonio Rose Palace.  Courtney formerly owned the award-winning boutique, Trailer Park Trinkets, that she closed in 2012 to fully support her two sons, Casper and Cross.  Courtney’s boys are VERY active in the rodeo world specializing in Team Roping, Calf Roping & Breakaway Roping.  She is their mom, full-time manager and their homeschool teacher.  Courtney also manages her Instagram account, appropriately named Chaos with Courtney, where she gives you an unfiltered view of her life.

Courtney is a very passionate volunteer.  She joined the Junior League of San Antonio in 2010 and she says “It was one of the best decisions I have ever made!”  She proudly served on the Holiday Olé market committee for 6 years and had the privilege of co-chairing the event in its 23rd year.  She later went on to serve 4 years on the board of directors, serving her last year as the 97th President of the Junior League of San Antonio.   Courtney is often referred to as the “Pandemic President” since she spent the bulk of her time, along with her board, navigating through the new normal of our world. The Junior League provided many educational opportunities for Courtney on so many levels not only personally, professionally but on a volunteer level as well.
