Colin Fuller & Ryann McAnelly are thrilled to be the very first students to be selected as trailblazers for the Junior League of San Antonio’s Centennial Project, Paving New Paths. In partnership JLSA and Clarity Guidance Center, they are committed to raise mental health awareness in their very own community in Spring Branch, Texas and within Comal ISD.

Ryann is the daughter of Junior League Sustainer, Jessica McAnelly. She is currently a sophomore at Smithson Valley High School and a distinguished dancer for the Smithson Valley Silver Spurs.

Colin is the son of Junior League member, Crystal Fuller. He is currently a junior at Smithson Valley High School and is a proud member of the Smithson Valley Band, currently on snare drum.

When learning that one in 5 children are affected by mental illness and becoming aware of the Paving New Paths Campaign, they saw the need to bring the awareness to their high school and are in full support of an initiative that they know will benefit future generations of students in their community.

Colin & Ryann have themselves been active volunteers with the Junior League at a very young age. They have joined their parents in caroling to seniors with Sunshine Singers, serving food at the HEB Feast of Sharing with other league members, volunteering at multiple I Love JLSA days reviving local parks, and even modeling the latest fashions at Holiday Ole Market.

Please consider making a donation to support this cause and to support these trailblazing teenagers who are committed to helping make a difference in this world!

Each share, tweet, and email helps us spread the word about Junior League of San Antonio.
