Why have you decided to serve as a Trailblazer for the JLSA?

I believe healthy long term mental health starts with childhood mental wellness, physical health, and God. As a teacher, I have seen first-hand the necessity in the support our children need in the areas of mental health. As a mother and a teacher, I care about the impact this project can have on our community today and in the future. Mental Health is a lifelong journey and children need this support now. I am proud of the Junior League for advancing San Antonio's mental wellness resources for children.

Who and/or what inspires you to pave a path in our community (be a community leader/participant)?

I see people in our community who are always giving back. They have a servant’s heart and they inspire me. I want to have a servant’s heart and give back so I am doing this in every way possible.

Each share, tweet, and email helps us spread the word about Junior League of San Antonio.
