Nell Glazener-Cooney is a Senior Program Manager at Meta (formerly Facebook). In the course of her career, she has held roles in university recruiting, corporate learning and development, and program management across industries such as higher education, aviation, and technology. Most recently, Nell was responsible for creating a comprehensive, global strategy outlining resource prioritization and investment opportunities for a multibillion-dollar org within Meta.
Nell is passionate about community involvement and is completing her first year as a member of the Junior League of San Antonio. She is also in her second year as the Community Outreach Lead for Meta Austin’s LBTQIA+ employee resource group. Nell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Speech Communications from Trinity University.
From experiencing the creation and rise of social media to her own mental health journey, Nell is uniquely positioned to understand firsthand the mental health struggles experienced by today’s youth and the lasting impacts on them and their families. She is excited to channel her passions into raising funds for such a valuable San Antonio institution.
